REQ12602 Senior Manager, Media (Open)Position SummaryThe Senior Manager, Media is responsible for managing the planning of paid media strategy and implementation to drive brand advocacy and customer conversion & loyalty. Primary ResponsibilitiesWork with line manager to lead collaborations with media and media agencies, leveraging resources to generate insights of target audiences and analyze competitors for Melco. Develop and deliver media strategies including performance media, aligned with campaign objectives, create media planning guideline and ensure media strategy implementation and performance measurement.
Collaborate closely with Content team to identify right assets for various channels and reach target audiences with most efficient communication. Closely monitor campaign media spending, analyze and verify media report data, attribute performance results and provide optimization plan proactively and timely, to ensure achievement of communication goals. Work closely with PR, Social media and Digital marketing team to ensure communication consistency across all touch points of target audiences. Manage media budget and ensure efficiency. Drive media team’s performance. QualificationsExperience10+ years relevant experiences in media planning, buying, with at least 2 years inhouse working experiences.
Education & LanguageBachelor’s degree or above. Excellent verbal and written communication in both Chinese and English. Skills/CompetenciesWith strong strategic mindsetWith deep understanding about both Mainland CN and rest key mkts.
