Job Description(Senior) Manager Outsourcing & OversightLocation: LuxembourgDepartment: Operational Controls & OversightVacancy type: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week)Hybrid Some of the things you’ll be doing Lead Outsourcing & Oversight Framework and ensure that Policies and Procedure are compliant with internal and local regulations.  Maintain an up-to-date and complete Outsourcing register supported by due diligence, business continuity planning.  Lead Service Review meetings with the outsourced service providers with the support of appropriate KPIs. In the process documenting and evidencing the oversight.  Support and lead the future outsourcing projects of the organization, to ensure these projects are executed effectively and remain complaint with the above-mentioned framework.  Attend and contribute to operational, risk and audit meetings as required, and actively contribute to local and group initiatives.  Review scheduled and ad-hoc oversight reporting provided by team members. What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?  Have a minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience in the financial industry, experience in a fund management or corporate trust services.  Experience with Outsourcing & Oversight of services to external and/or group service providers.  Fluent in English, written and spoken.  Have strong procedural, technical and product knowledge background of the Alternative Funds and Corporate Trust business including a strong knowledge of legislation and regulations, as well as local regulatory oversight requirements.  Strong experience in or demonstrated ability to lead teams without formal responsibility and interacting and building rapport with teams of all levels.  You are a fast, clear and independent thinker who is naturally curious about how things work. You have the ability to see the bigger picture, take initiative and offer solutions.
