Core Responsibilities1.Team business management of dry pump R&D department2.Technical communication and collaboration with the R&D team of molecular pumps of the group company.3.Lead and coordinate the research & development of the dry pump mechanical design (component material property requirement definition, stator and rotor design optimization, bearing specification definition & selection, etc.), system testing (FMEA, safety test, vacuum degree, compression ratio, etc.)Job Requirements1.Bachelor's degree or above in engineering (mechanical/vacuum technology preferred)2.More than 10 years of experience in semiconductor vacuum equipment design and testing.
