You will be responsible for translating client business objectives into actionable communication plans that drive measurable results and foster significant brand growth.Lead the strategic planning process, developing integrated campaign approaches that cohesively utilize both digital and traditional media channels.Serve as a primary point of contact for senior clients, nurturing strong relationships by providing expert counsel and strategic insights into the evolving media landscape.Manage and mentor a team of planners, fostering their professional growth, ensuring operational excellence, and inspiring a culture of innovation.Oversee the development of quarterly and annual media plans, including budget allocation, channel selection, and KPI setting to align with client goals.Drive strategic and tactical innovation across all media platforms, including display, video, search, social, mobile, and programmatic.Collaborate closely with media owners, creative agencies, and internal buying teams to ensure seamless implementation and timely delivery of all campaign components.Champion the use of advanced measurement systems and data analytics to provide deep insights into the ROI of media plans, ensuring the team delivers on—and exceeds—agreed-upon KPIs.Ensure all financial governance and processes are meticulously followed from client set-up through to final invoicing.Skills And ExperienceExperience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in integrated media planning and strategy, preferably within a media agency environment.Strategic Acumen: A strong digital and media background with a strategic outlook, capable of creating integrated media recommendations that solve business challenges.Leadership: Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team of planning professionals.Client Management: Demonstrated success in a client-facing role, with the ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor.Technical Proficiency: Solid experience in media planning and buying across all platforms, with hands-on experience with advertising technology (e.g., ad servers, DSPs, Facebook Ads Manager) and industry planning tools (e.g., Comscore, GWI, TGI).Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for using data to derive insights and drive decision-making.Communication: Highly evolved presentation and reporting skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies clearly and persuasively in both English and Vietnamese.Project Management: Experience managing multiple complex projects and workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Please read our Privacy Notice for more information on how we process the information you provide.
