We are an integrated advertising agency in Singapore looking for a Senior Manager, PR & Social Content with at least 5-7 years of experience in public relations / communications background, preferably within an agency setting.You will lead the delivery of public relations, content strategy and communications work by your account teams, oversee day-to-day client interactions to ensure alignment through all stages of the account and campaign lifecycles, as well as support the growth and development of junior team members.Responsibilities:Lead and guide the account teams that will be responsible for developing and executing PR and social content strategies for a range of client accounts across sectors and scope (i.e. earned, owned, and paid media)Responsible for tasks including: campaign ideation, content strategy & planning, media pitching, crisis communications, community management, media monitoring, social listening, performance marketing etc.Be at the forefront of relationships with key clients to establish strong mutual partnerships, and act as their brand guardian; understand their needs and business challenges to propose strategies that will help achieve their business goalsCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless account deliveryManage master agreements, client budgets, and financial invoicing for your portfolio of accountsOversee the day-to-day performance, as well as the overall growth and development of teamAd-hoc involvement in new business pitchingSkill and Requirements:Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or other relevant disciplines5-7 years of experience with PR and/or social media management; prior agency experience will be an advantageUnderstand content application across all major social media networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and/or the local (earned) media scenePro-active, responsible, and collaborativeWell-organised, detail-oriented, and focus on quality of resultsPersuasive and effective communicator; possess strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)Active learner and forward-thinker who excels at identifying evolving social media, content, and communication trendsPrior team and people management experience will be appreciatedOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
