The role can be based in Stockholm or Uppsala.About The RoleThe PRM is a Senior Manager, Provider Relationships, acting as the central point of accountability between providers and internal stakeholders.They ensure alignment across business units, balancing strategic objectives with strong operational execution by translating goals into clear expectations and actionable plans. By managing day-to-day interactions and facilitating collaboration, PRMs drive business outcomes at both operational and senior levels and help shape the direction of key provider partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesRelationship management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based partnerships tailored to Air content providers, positioning Etraveli Group as a strategic partner of choice.Cross-functional coordination: Lead cross-functional collaboration at operational and at senior levels, aligning executives and operational teams toward shared provider objectives.Stakeholder management: Engage and communicate effectively with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives, to ensure unified expectations and executive sponsorship for provider initiatives.Business-driven engagement: Translate company strategy into actionable provider goals, driving innovation, long-term growth, and competitive advantage.Governance leadership: Lead or participate in QBRs and operational meetings to track progress, resolve issues, influence strategic direction, and elevate provider partnerships.Performance oversight: Monitor provider outputs against KPIs and SLAs, challenging performance where needed and ensuring delivery exceeds expectations.Risk and issue management: Anticipate and proactively mitigate strategic and operational risks, escalating strategically critical issues to ensure timely resolution.Contract compliance: Ensure adherence to agreed commercial terms, service levels, and contractual obligations, while driving continuous improvement in value delivery. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, or related fieldProven track record of leading provider/vendor relationships at scale in an international contextStrong relationship-building skills with experience managing external partnersExperience engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-level executivesProven ability to collaborate across functions (e.g. product, tech, operations, commercial)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFluent in English (written and spoken)Ability to translate business strategy into clear provider actions and goalsExperience working with KPIsStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindsetUnderstanding of commercial contracts and advanced negotiation fundamentals BenefitsWorking at Etraveli Group means working at a fast-growing company with high ambitions in becoming the number one Online travel agency worldwide.
