Do you want to own the quality function that underpins the trust of governments, hospitals, and defence forces in more than 50 countries? As Senior Quality Manager at Systematic, you will lead a team of around ten people, steward our ISO 9001 and CMMI Level 5 certifications, and drive a complex continuous improvement agenda across a global software company.Lead the quality function that keeps critical software trustworthyThis is a management role at the heart of how Systematic earns and keeps the trust of its customers. You will be accountable for the Quality Management System that spans all our business areas — Defence, Healthcare, National Security & Infrastructure, and Library — and lead the internal audit function that verifies it is working. You will also take the organisation through some significant milestones in the near term.In addition, some of your key responsibilities will be to:Own and continuously improve Systematic's QMS, ensuring it accurately reflects how we operate and meets the requirements of ISO 9001, CMMI Level 5, and ISO 27001.Lead the internal audit programme, with risk-based prioritisation across Systematic's global operations, and report findings and trends to senior leadership.Plan and manage external certification audits — including coordinating Systematic's CMMI Level 5 appraisal cycle in 2027.Drive the implementation and organisation-wide adoption of a newly approved QMS platform.Work closely with the CISO and Legal & Compliance to embed security and regulatory requirements into process documentation and governance.Joining the teamYou will be part of Systematic's governance function, reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer and engaging regularly with senior leadership. The quality team you'll lead spans internal audit, business process management, and process performance; a group of specialists who understand that process maturity is not a compliance exercise, but a competitive advantage. We hold CMMI Level 5; the highest level of process maturity recognised by the model - and we take that seriously. You'll join at a moment when the quality agenda is evolving: new markets, new certifications, and a platform investment all in motion at once.What You'll BringDemonstrated experience owning or managing a Quality Management System, with strong working knowledge of ISO 9001Proven experience leading and developing a quality or internal audit teamSolid knowledge of internal audit principles, including risk-based audit planning and findings managementWorking understanding of ISO 27001 governance as it relates to process compliance and documentation controlStrong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to operate across multiple business areas and geographies.Please note that you must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO and/or EU country for the past seven years, as we work with security-classified projects.
