Together.What We NeedObagi is seeking a strategic Senior Manager of Sales Operations to optimize and support the professional channel sales process to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with company goals. This role will manage sales tools, reporting, enablement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to drive performance and support the field sales team.What You’ll DoDevelop and implement streamlined sales processes and best practices to improve efficiency across the B2B sales cycleManage and optimize CRM systems and sales technologies to support pipeline management and reportingCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Product Development to ensure alignment on campaigns, product launches, and customer experienceOversee territory planning, quota setting, and sales forecastingSupport sales training, onboarding, and internal communication by coordinating sessions, preparing performance reports, and delivering key messaging.Ensure sales teams are equipped with necessary tools, resources, and competitive intelligenceMonitor compliance with pricing, discounting, and promotional policies.Identify inefficiencies in sales support processes and recommend improvementsFacilitate feedback loops between sales representatives, leadership, and cross-functional teams to improve execution and alignment.Oversee the rollout and adoption of new tools, processes, and strategies within the sales organizationLead year-end operational execution processes for professional channelUpdate and maintain all channel price lists and order forms,Manage month-end assessment of all T&E spend for alignment to budget and policies.Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentationCommunicate and provide occasional training to the sales organization on process changes and updatesProvide coaching, tools, and resources to support field sales leaders and representativesPartner with Marketing to align sales campaigns with promotional activities and lead generation effortsAssist in the launch of new products and initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and timely executionManage and maintain backend infrastructure to support efficient operationsPartner with Customer Service team on best practices to support sales teamsWhat You’ll Need: A bachelor’s degree in from an accredited university in business administration, communications, or related field highly preferred; equivalent years of working experience will be consideredAt least 8+ years of relevant experience in sales operations, preferably within the beauty / CPG spaceAnalytical mindset and strong problem-solving skillsExceptional organizational and prioritization/time management skills; demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.Comfortable operating in a fast paced, ever-changing environment; someone who thrives in ambiguity and adapts quickly.Ability to travel up to 20% for tradeshows, sales meetings, and training eventsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, Excel, and PowerBIPossess an energetic, positive attitude that encourages a team and supports the growth and professional development of others.Physical Requirements:These demands document the physical requirements of a specific job.
