Job DescriptionPOSITION OVERVIEW The role is responsible for developing and implementing customer HCC strategies, translating brand plans into tailored educational marketing programs to drive consideration. Working with marketing, Business Development, internal teams and external partners, the role builds annual and launch plans for strategic accounts - defining objectives, activities and budgets - and oversees flawless execution. It monitors customer, MNC and regulatory changes, and ensures commercial funds are used efficiently to deliver ROI and comply with company and alliance guidelines.Primary ActivitiesOwn customer’s HCC strategy development with marketing support & translating brand strategy into customer marketing plan for HCC to robust educational activity to enhance consideration.Work closely with internal & external in building out annual plan/launching plan to define the objectives & the activity plan for HCC & budget for strategic account customer, considering the business plan & marketing strategy.Working close with Business Development Manager being responsible for planning & execution of initiative of marketing access model.Supervising excellent execution of HCC plan with strategic Account customer.Monitor & determine the impact of changes in customer strategy, MNCs strategy & Regulation.Ensuring commercial fund used efficiently, driving the right ROI & complying with company & alliance funding guideline.QualificationsEducation Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, Marketing, or a related field (a university degree in business or marketing is preferred); an advanced degree is a plus.Competencies Customer marketing strategyBrand to customer plan translationHCC educational program designAnnual & launch partnership planningCampaign execution oversight & quality controlMKT investment & ROI optimizationStakeholder alignmentRegulatory & customer strategy awarenessMeasurement & MI reportingRequired SkillsAccount Management, Account Management, Agile Methodology, Brand Strategy, Business Negotiations, Business Planning, Client Service, Communication, Customer Experience Management, Customer Marketing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Strategy, Digital Marketing, Direct Marketing, Management Process, Marketing, Marketing Strategies, Market Research, Medical Care, Omnichannel Management, Pricing Strategies, Product Management, Quality Management, Stakeholder Relationship Management, Strategic Market Analysis {+ 5 more}Preferred SkillsCurrent Employees apply HERECurrent Contingent Workers apply HERESearch Firm Representatives Please Read Carefully Merck & Co., Inc., Rahway, NJ, USA, also known as Merck Sharp & Dohme LLC, Rahway, NJ, USA, does not accept unsolicited assistance from search firms for employment opportunities.
