The North Face is a subsidiary of VF, the world's largest apparel and footwear company.Let's Talk About The RoleWith a reporting line to the Head of Strategic Accounts you will drive profitable and sustainable market share growth within the assigned key accounts while representing the brand externally and the accounts internally as an ambassador towards all functions.How You Will Make a DifferenceLead strategic key account management and develop a strategic account plan based on strategic priorities creating partnerships across all departments and key stakeholders to support accounts growth in the most effective way.Develop the strategic accounts FY and seasonal sales targets/forecasts based on the FY revenue budget working in conjunction with finance, sales operations and sales leader.Work closely with wider sales team, operations, finance and marketing to keep the strategic accounts agenda (process, focus, support) as a priority.Meet top accounts and implement strategic business review processes to create sustainable plans and mutual beneficial partnership.Segment and differentiate the international strategic accounts by implementing effectively relevant brand and sales strategies, channel strategy and SMU program when needed.Ensure and manage efficiently the sell in, sales operations, G2N management and re-order management.Monitor business progress by tracking seasonal pre-orders participating to weekly calls and appropriates meetings.Make sure you differentiate the accounts by implementing when possible key program and communicate effectively relevant strategies across relevant stakeholders.Create, review, and present an account specific assortment plan on a seasonal basis.Measure & track success thru scorecard metric for top accounts.Lead and coordinate sales programs as well as various strategic account initiatives in partnership with the Sales Operations.Establish an understanding of core consumers and channel relevant buying trends in order to formulate guidelines for consumer centric opportunities within the accounts.The role includes team management responsibilities, with direct reports.Close collaboration with the Merchandising team-particularly in assortment planning-as well as with the broader Wholesale team to ensure effective marketplace management and a strong focus on brand equity.Skills For SuccessStrong commercial instincts with proven success in growing sales and customer satisfaction through customer interaction and operational efficienciesPrevious experience of successfully working within Fashion Industries or Sporting goods at a similar levelPrevious experience working with large scale retailer(s) and global marketsStrong communication skills: written, oral and presentationResults orientated attitude University degree in business with sales focus or equivalentExcellent analytical and numerical skillsStrong presentation skillsA passion for growth, innovation, and the brandAbout VFVF is a global apparel company connecting people to the lifestyles they cherish through our family of iconic brands.
