You will also be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of a comprehensive strategy for Talent Acquisition in Pakistan, collaborating with the Institution TA function and internal and external stakeholders to support creation of a thriving talent pipeline, developing policies and processes in line with global best practices, and supporting the development of TA team members as required.Specifically, you will be responsible for;Work with TA leadership and other stakeholders to develop a sustainable strategy for sourcing talent for the University and AKUH(PK).Devise innovative sourcing strategies to cater to challenging roles in consultation with Global Talent Acquisition Director and/or senior team members.Develop effective talent pipelines for key roles identified within Executive Search.Support development of appropriate KPIs to manage TA performance and provide periodic reporting for HR leadership.Build effective recruitment and selection processes that deliver and maximize the overall candidate experience.Work closely with management on all diversity initiatives involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practicesIdentify multiple sourcing methods (social media, job boards, internet sourcing, Boolean searches) and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates.Source qualified and suitable candidates for open positions and determine recruitment strategies for all senior searches and executive positions.Review employment applications and conduct reference checks where required and develop suitable salary packages and negotiate offers with candidates.Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations in order to continue efforts on improving the overall candidate experience.Provide recruitment related information to HRBP’s and hiring managers based on the hiring and employment data.Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects for future use.Collaborate with top universities/colleges in order to bring in suitable talent.Contribute towards designing and planning employer branding activities.Create experiences at career fairs, corporate conferences and hiring events by building brand awareness across target populations.Build and promote employer brand nationally and internationally Identify bottlenecks and related remediation options for talent processes.Lead and supervise members of the Talent Acquisition team and work on their capacity building, as required.Regularly review processes and practices in order to recommend best practices in the global markets. Support the optimization of the TA team structure to efficiently meet the needs and expectations of the all internal and external stakeholders.Manage team performance reviews. Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:Master's degree, preferably in Human Resources, and/orA Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, with not less than 10 years of relevant experience gained from a reputable global professional bodyActive Membership of the IHRMAt least 10 years of professional work experience in Talent Acquisition, exposure to executive search will be an advantage.Experienced in creating and sustaining productive relationships with external and internal clients.Knowledge of talent and executive search techniques and processes.Experience with HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools.In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and related executive search techniques.Familiarity with a variety of different methods to effectively build a strong talent pool.Initiative taking approach and customer orientated skills, with strong self-motivation and ability to function independently.Proven track record of achieving positive business results through talent acquisition.Determined, creative thinker and a proactive problem solver.Prior experience in managing and mentoring more junior members of the team.Ability to work well both leading and as part of a team.Good organisational and time-management skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an attention to detail.Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted.
