In addition to team leadership, you’ll take on strategic responsibilities tailored to your strengths — whether that’s solution architecture, data architecture, or service management.As part of our IT Finance Process Domain, you’ll be at the center of designing, delivering, and managing the lifecycle of IT solutions that support Valmet’s finance capabilities.You’ll work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure our systems are aligned with enterprise architecture and business strategy — driving global competitiveness through efficiency, standardization, and innovation.Our main location is Tikkurila, Vantaa, but you can also be based at one of our other key sites: Tampere or Jyväskylä.What You’ll DoLead and inspire the Treasury and Group Finance Solutions team (6–8 members)Define your own strategic responsibilities beyond team leadershipCollaborate with business and IT to understand needs and prioritize demandAlign solutions with cross-domain architecture, infrastructure, integration, and dataOwn the roadmap and budget for your solution areaDrive lifecycle commitment by supporting our installed base with advanced digital solutionsPromote global best practices and continuous improvementFoster a culture of learning through lessons learned and process excellenceWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of experience leading global teams and managing complex finance IT solutionsDegree (M.Sc. or B.Sc.) from either Finance or IT or other relevant fieldStrong understanding of treasury and group finance systems and processesExcellent delivery management and budgeting skillsProven leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilitiesA proactive, accountable mindset and passion for driving changeWe offerBe part of a high-performing, empowered team close to customer needs and opportunities.
