You will act as the key link between internal teams (sales, shipping, credit) and external customers, ensuring accuracy in orders, payments, and deliveries.You will manage the full wholesale operations cycle in your region—from customer order placement and shipment coordination through to after-sales support.You will also lead a team of two Wholesale Representatives, providing guidance, monitoring results, and supporting them in their day-to-day activities.This is an exciting opportunity for you to leverage your expertise in the fashion wholesale industry while contributing to the growth of an international luxury brand.What you’ll doResponsible for assigned markets (countries) and own the process of order maintaince, order shipping and returns / be the first point of contact for the customers and agents within our organization.Work very closely with the Sales and Finance teams for all orders, reorders, returns and any customer issues concerning their deliveries and payment team for all orders.Maintain customer masterdata to ensure efficient operations.Check for stock availability by using & maintaining the booking reports.Use & maintain different reports to obtain and provide all necessary information regarding our product to clients and third parties.Take care of all repeat requests and ensure the shipping in a timely manner.Coordinate with Shipping and Credit Departments to ensure delivery is on time.Advise all Agents & Sales Representatives for order discrepancies such as delivery dates, price correction as well as style cancellations.Work closely with Agents & Sales Representatives proactively to create strong and efficient relationships.Planning and Coordination of the Wholesale Team (2 employees), monitor and support them on daily tasks.What you’ll bringExperience:3+ years experiences in a similar position.Solid understanding of wholesale operations and the fashion industry.Competencies & Technical Skills:Business level English, additional languages are a bonus. (French and/or Italian preferred).Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Excel).Knowledge of ERP or Order Management Systems.Knowledge in Middleware-Systems.Strong communication skills – written and verbally.Able to multi-task.Proactive mindset.Keen eye for numbers.Team player.We want to get to know you
