Senior Manager, Application Development & Transformation Full-Time | Hybrid | CanadaOverview We are seeking a Manager, Application Development & Transformation to lead the development, optimization, and modernization of core enterprise platforms. This role oversees a team of developers, drives the full software development lifecycle, and partners closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate brings proven leadership in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and experience integrating enterprise applications in a fast-moving environment.What You’ll DoLead and mentor an application development team; oversee delivery of customizations and technical solutionsDefine vendor engagement strategy and performance expectationsSupport full lifecycle design and development efforts in collaboration with engineering and architecture teamsProvide technical leadership across the enterprise platform landscapeDrive modernization and continuous improvement of systems and development practicesTroubleshoot and resolve issues efficientlyPerform other duties as requiredAbout YouBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field8+ years of progressive experience in IT roles, including 5+ years in solution design/architecture5+ years developing within Dynamics 365 Finance & OperationsExperience leading technical design across multiple ERP/MRP domains such as Finance, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, MRP, PLM, HR, BI, Data Warehouse/LakesAdvanced development experience in Azure technologies (e.g., Function Apps, Logic Apps, ADF, Synapse, Azure SQL, ASB)Experience building with Power Apps and Web AppsKnowledge of authentication, identity management, and security modelsStrong integration architecture experience including REST APIs, microservices, and messaging layersHands-on experience with tools and frameworks including Azure DevOps, C#, X++, and modern web stacks (JavaScript/React/Angular/Ionic)Familiarity with Agile/Scrum deliveryExperience with Workday is an assetWork ModelFull-time, hybrid arrangement (on-site presence expected)
