Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manufacturing Manager, located in Batam City. The Senior Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, including production planning, quality control, and managing production teams. This individual will ensure operational efficiency, adherence to quality standards, and timely delivery of products. The Senior Manufacturing Manager will also be tasked with implementing continuous improvement initiatives and aligning manufacturing processes with the company's strategic goals.
