Our expert team specializes in providing accurate, personalized research and strategic advice, ensuring our clients stay ahead.This is a research-focused role, not sales or account management.As a Senior Market Researcher, you will lead end-to-end projects — from scoping and methodology design to analysis and reporting. The role is heavily focused on secondary research: gathering and synthesizing data from credible industry sources, identifying trends, and producing structured reports with clear, actionable insights. You will also oversee junior analysts, ensuring quality and consistency in their work.ResponsibilitiesLead research projects with minimal supervision, managing timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.Develop research frameworks and methodologies that align with project objectives and data collection requirements.Conduct qualitative and quantitative research using statistical modeling, triangulation, and data validation techniques.Compile findings into structured reports and presentations, providing clear and actionable insights.Oversee junior analysts by setting expectations, reviewing work, and maintaining research accuracy.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance research efficiency and workflow.Collaborate with internal teams to define research objectives and ensure alignment with business priorities.Manage client interactions as needed, facilitating requests and participating in key discussions.Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to support research development.Conduct training sessions to strengthen research capabilities and analytical skills within the team.RequirementsA minimum of 3 years of experience in market research, along with a portfolio of past research work.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Statistics.Expertise in secondary research.Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with strong communication and presentation skills.Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple research projects independently.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.Experience with statistical tools (Excel, SPSS, or equivalent) and data visualization platforms (Canva, Google Slides, PowerPoint).Business acumen and industry knowledge, with an understanding of market trends and competitor dynamics.Ability to guide and mentor junior analysts, reviewing their work and ensuring research quality.Self-directed and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.Location: Remote (Indonesia-based).Job Type: Contract, Full-Time (40 hours/week).Salary Range: Rp7.000.000 - Rp9.000.000.
