Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Marketing Consultant to lead our marketing operations on a temporary basis. The role will manage our marketing team and agency partners to deliver campaigns, events, and brand initiatives that keep our momentum strong during this transition period. You will ensure continuity of ongoing projects while driving key marketing, communication, and regional campaigns.Job DescriptionMarketing Strategy & Brand LeadershipOversee the company's overall marketing and branding strategy in line with business goalsLead planning and execution of marketing initiatives, digital activations, employer branding, and internal engagementMaintain consistent brand identity across all communication and creative materialsCampaigns & ContentManage the creation of marketing collateral including brochures, pitch decks, case studies, flyers, videos, and merchandiseOversee the content calendar across social media, digital channels, and internal communicationsSupervise digital marketing campaigns such as LinkedIn ads, Mailchimp emailers, and website updatesPublic Relations & MediaHandle all PR activities press releases, media coordination, and coverageSupport leadership with key messages and thought-leadership contentManage award submissions and ensure brand consistency across all media touchpointsEvents & PartnershipsPlan and execute customer, partner, and industry events from concept to completionCoordinate with event partners and internal teams for agendas, layouts, invitations, and feedbackManage pre- and post-event communications and social media updatesInternal CommunicationsOversee employee engagement, CSR updates, project win announcements, and newslettersWork with HR and leadership to strengthen employer branding and internal culture messagingTeam & Stakeholder ManagementLead and mentor the marketing team (Senior Executive Digital Marketing & Comms, and Associate Creative Designer)Manage agency relationships, budgets, and vendor coordinationCollaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, technology, and leadership for seamless executionPerson SpecificationBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; postgraduate qualification (CIM/MBA) is an advantageMinimum 08 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the technology or enterprise solutions sectorStrong background in digital marketing, brand management, and event planningExcellent stakeholder management, project coordination, and copywriting skillsProven experience leading teams and working with agenciesStrategic thinker with hands-on execution abilityCreative, organised, and results-driven with strong communication skills
