Senior Marketing Executive (Graphic Communications)

Job Description

Purpose:As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will support sales operations across subsidiaries in the Asia Pacific region by creating high-quality samples for product launches and new application developments to showcase advanced printing capabilities.You will develop sales tools, design guides, and deliver training sessions to subsidiaries and customers. Driving projects to increase customer print volumes within subsidiaries and providing strong support for regional and local events (onsite, online, or hybrid) are also key aspects of this role.Responsibilities & Task: Preparing Sample Kits and Collaterals for New Product Launches and Existing Active Products.Collaborate with product marketing teams at both AP region and HQ to develop sample kits or application development that effectively showcase new products, capabilities, and real live applications tailored to the target market.Manage the entire sample creation process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining quality control.Coordinate packaging, shipment, and distribution of sample kits to all subsidiaries in the region.Create Sales Tools, Deliverables and Training.Develop sales tools including presentations, case studies and other collaterals tailored to regional and local market needs.Prepare design guides and provide training or presentations to subsidiaries and customers.Collaborate closely with subsidiaries to understand market requirements and continuously enhance sales tools to help drive business.Coordinate with external vendors, customers, printers and designers to ensure efficient production of the tools.Business Development SupportIdentify opportunities within key subsidiaries to launch targeted projects to increase printing volume with existing potential customers.Collaborate closely with subsidiaries, sales team and marketing to create strategies that address market needs and maximize printing output.Monitor and analyze printing volume performance, customer feedback and market trends to optimize initiatives and drive continuous volume growth.Event SupportProvide assistance for both regional and subsidiaries local events.Collaborate with regional and local team to prepare the new product sample, customer’s actual samples, presentations and all related activities.Support the local sales team at open houses, print shows and exhibitions by providing technical expertise and sales materials.Reporting Weekly, Monthly and Yearly report on the detail activity, work in progress and result tracking.Implement control, continuous improvement and problem solving.OthersAny other ad-hoc projects as requestedRequirements: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, business, marketing or related fieldsMust have at least 5 years related experience.Experience in business development, sales support, or marketing, preferably in the printing industry.In depth knowledge of digital printing technologies and the product applications is highly preferred.Proficiency in desktop publishing tools, such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other desktop publishing software.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.A proactive team player with a solution-focused mindset.Willingness to travel within Asia Pacific region as required.
