About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic, outgoing and passionate CUPRA Senior Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Singapore.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the brand building and sales growth of CUPRA in a competitive and rapidly evolving automotive market. You will be instrumental in executing innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and elevate the CUPRA brand. 🏁 What You’ll DoCampaign Management: Support and drive the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, events, traditional media) for CUPRA models and brand initiatives. Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize CUPRA's digital presence, including website content updates, social media management (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc. )Content Creation:
Collaborate with creative agencies or internal teams to develop compelling marketing collateral, including visuals, videos, and written content, aligning with CUPRA's brand guidelines. Event Management: Support the planning and execution of CUPRA launch events, test drive experiences, and lifestyle activations to engage potential customers and build brand affinity. Budget Management: Assist in managing marketing budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring cost-effective campaign execution. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on marketing campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics. ✅ What You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 4 to 8 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the automotive, luxury goods, or lifestyle brand sectors. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software). Proven experience in managing social media channels and creating engaging content. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Passion for the automotive industry, particularly the CUPRA brand, is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
