The Senior Marketing Manager will oversee end-to-end marketing efforts, including creating and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and developing branding initiatives. They will analyze market trends, coordinate with sales teams to align marketing objectives, and manage the company’s online and offline presence to enhance visibility. The role also involves overseeing content creation, managing agency/vendor relationships, and ensuring consistency in messaging across all platforms.Role & Responsibilities- Sr.Marketing Manager- Artha RealtyStrategic Marketing & Campaign DevelopmentDevelop and execute innovative marketing strategies tailored for diverse real estate properties, aligning with market trends and consumer preferences.Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify target demographics and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights.Content Creation & Calendar ManagementOversee the creation of compelling marketing materials, including brochures, digital content, and presentations, to attract buyers and investors.Plan and manage detailed content calendars for internal marketing efforts and social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to maintain cohesive communication strategies across all platforms.Social Media & Agency ManagementManage social media accounts, ensuring consistent, high-quality content is published to enhance engagement and lead generation.Oversee agency-managed social media campaigns, providing strategic direction and ensuring deliverables align with brand goals.Review performance reports from agencies and implement adjustments to maximize ROI.Listing Management & Portal OptimizationStrategize credit allocation for property listings on portals, prioritizing high-impact projects and balancing mixed listings.Monitor leads from listings, create month-on-month credit renewal plans based on performance, and generate actionable reports with the listing team.CRM & Database ManagementEnsure all leads are accurately captured and tracked within the CRM system.Plan and execute email and drip campaigns, segmenting the client database to implement a funnel-based communication strategy.Broker Engagement & Event ManagementDevelop broker engagement programs to ensure awareness of exclusive projects and drive registrations.Organize and execute broker events, ensuring optimal footfall and effective pre- and post-event communication plans.Foster long-term relationships with brokers through ongoing initiatives like incentive programs, training sessions, and recognition events.Performance Analysis & ReportingMonitor and analyze campaign performance metrics across digital, social, and event-based efforts, providing actionable insights for improvement.Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align on goals and ensure data-driven decision-making.Team Leadership & CollaborationSupervise and mentor junior marketing staff, encouraging creativity and professional growth.Work closely with the sales team to design lead generation and conversion strategies that drive measurable results.Industry Trends & ComplianceStay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to adapt strategies and maintain competitiveness.QualificationsStrong expertise in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Brand DevelopmentProficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and SEO/SEM techniquesAnalytical skills for Market Research, Data Analysis, and Performance Metrics EvaluationExperience in Event Planning, Public Relations, and Stakeholder EngagementCreative skills in Content Creation and Visual StorytellingExcellent leadership, project management, and communication abilitiesKnowledge of the real estate market is a significant advantageBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; an advanced degree or certifications are a plusRemuneration: AED 18000Benefits: Visa, medical Insurance, annual leaves, annual airfare as per UAE Labor LawsCandidate must be available in UAE for a F2F interviewWork Location: Al Qouz-1Work days and timings: Monday-Friday (9.00am-6.00pm); Alternate Saturdays (9.00am-4.00pm)
