Our mission is to foster a collaborative educational environment by closely partnering instructors and students.Role DescriptionAstria Learning is seeking an experienced, data-driven, and brand-savvy Marketing Manager to lead our global marketing, PR, SEO, and brand development efforts. This role will oversee the execution of integrated campaigns, enhance brand visibility for Astria Learning and eCampus Partners, and lead a team of marketers and external agencies. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution and thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments within the education or edtech sector.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Marketing LeadershipDevelop and execute comprehensive global and regional marketing strategies aligned with business growth, partner engagement, and lead generation objectives.Translate organizational goals into marketing roadmaps with KPIs, timelines, and measurable outcomes.2. Brand Development: Astria Learning & eCampus PartnersBuild, evolve, and manage the brand identity, tone, and messaging for both Astria Learning and eCampus Partners.Ensure consistent brand expression across all internal and external communications, partner portals, digital platforms, and printed materials.Craft compelling storytelling and positioning frameworks that support B2B and B2C outreach.3. SEO Strategy & Web PresenceLead the SEO strategy across Astria Learning’s ecosystem to drive organic traffic, improve search rankings, and enhance visibility.Oversee keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and site performance audits across all university and product websites.Coordinate with web developers and content writers to implement SEO best practices.4. Public Relations & Media EngagementManage PR strategy to raise Astria Learning’s profile in the global education, tech, and investment landscapes.Write and distribute press releases, secure media coverage, and build relationships with key journalists and publications.Position company executives as thought leaders through contributed articles, podcast appearances, and event participation.5. Campaign Management & Lead GenerationPlan, localize, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social, search, paid media).Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI and conversion.Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through performance marketing and retargeting strategies.6. Offline Marketing & Event MaterialsPrepare, design, and oversee the production of physical marketing materials for offline events such as expos, university fairs, conferences, and partner activations.Ensure materials align with brand guidelines and support lead generation and relationship-building objectives.Coordinate logistics with the operations or business development team to ensure timely delivery and impactful presentation.7. Team Leadership & Vendor CoordinationManage and mentor a cross-functional in-house marketing team (SEO, content, design, digital).Oversee external vendors, agencies, and freelancers, ensuring quality, consistency, and on-time delivery.Promote collaboration with admissions, product, tech, and business development teams.8. Marketing Operations & ReportingOversee marketing tools (CRM, email marketing platforms, analytics dashboards) to ensure performance tracking and campaign optimization.Manage marketing budget, vendor contracts, and monthly/quarterly reporting.Develop dashboards to track SEO health, campaign ROI, and pipeline contribution.RequirementsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).5+ years of experience in a marketing role with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.Proven experience in SEO strategy and managing brand development for B2B or B2C products/services.Technical & Marketing SkillsStrong knowledge of marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs).Experience with WordPress or similar CMS, and basic understanding of HTML/CSS for SEO collaboration.Experience with CRMDemonstrated ability to lead successful PR campaigns and manage media relations.Skilled in managing creative and performance-based teams.Soft SkillsStrong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Mode of Application: Send your cover letter and CV to: kseniia@astrialearning.comDeadline: 30th October 2025 QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsExperience in Education and TrainingProven ability in CoachingExcellent problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyBachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
