Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Marketing Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for Collective’s brands, ensuring strong brand positioning and customer engagement. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing marketing campaigns, overseeing content creation, managing digital advertising, and collaborating with design and sales teams to drive growth. The Senior Marketing Manager will also manage budgets, track performance metrics, and identify new opportunities for brand expansion and success. Qualifications Marketing and brand strategy development experienceProficiency in digital marketing, social media strategy, and online advertisingSkills in content creation, storytelling, and campaign managementAnalytical abilities, including proficiency with marketing analytics and data interpretationExperience leading and collaborating with creative and cross-functional teamsStrong organizational and project management skillsA passion for Vietnamese culture and coffee is highly desirableBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
