The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the marketing strategy for the product portfolio, from product conceptualization to market positioning. His/her objective will be to drive brand recognition, increase market share and ensure the commercial success of launches, in alignment with corporate objectives.Key information: English conversational, essential for the position100% face-to-face work modality. 📌 Responsibilities: Market and competitive analysis:-Research consumer trends, technology and customer behavior.-Assess competitors and positioning of similar products.Marketing strategy development:-Design and execute marketing campaigns for new product launches.-Define branding, message and value proposition for each new and existing product line.Collaboration with product development:-Collaborate closely with product, sales and engineering teams to align technical specifications with consumer needs.Product life cycle management:-Plan product launches, relaunches and recalls.-Monitor the commercial performance of each model.Coordination of distribution channels:-Ensure that products reach the right outlets (physical stores, online, mobile operators, retailers).Communication and advertising:-Oversee advertising campaigns in digital media, social networks, television and public relations.-Coordinate launch events, sponsorships or collaborations with influencers.Marketing budget management:-Efficiently allocate resources and measure the ROI of each campaign.-Manage external agencies and marketing service providers.Results analysis:-Measure indicators such as sales, market share, brand recognition and prepare executive reports.-Adjust strategies based on data and performance metrics.📚 Requirements: Education:-Marketing or Industrial Engineering, Business Administrator or career related to the responsibilities of the position.-Specialization in topics related to Marketing.Experience:-Minimum 7 years in similar roles, preferably in technology, consumer electronics or telecommunications.-Verifiable experience in product launches and omnichannel strategies.Technical knowledge: - Digital marketing (SEO/SEM, PPC campaigns, CRM, web analytics).- Familiarity with technology products and mobile specifications.- Handling of tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, HubSpot, etc.Skills:- Leadership and team management.- Strategic thinking and focus on results.- Strategic communication.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Creativity, innovation and adaptation to change.- Problem solving.
