Serving 20 long-term clients—family-owned repair businesses generating $2–5 million annually - we are now entering an ambitious growth phase, aiming to rapidly scale our team and client base while maintaining exceptional performance standards.About the Role:We are looking to hire a motivated, experienced Senior Marketing Manager (Marketing agency experience) to lead our fulfillment operations and drive measurable marketing results for our clients. The Marketing Manager will oversee end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns, manage a small team (Marketing Assistant, Web Developer, and Designer), and ensure that all client deliverables meet our high standards for quality, timeliness, and ROI.This is a Full-time, remote role with opportunities to grow into a Head of Marketing position..We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager (Marketing agency experience) specifically with these requirements:Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.Strong expertise in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and website project management (Wordpress).Experience with Local SEO optimization and best practices.Ability to track and measure Google Ads performance and ROI.Hands-on experience managing analytics, tracking, and website optimization for multiple clients.Strong project management and organizational skills.Confident in managing and mentoring a small cross-functional team.Self-directed with a high level of accountability.Comfortable working during U.S. business hours (9–5 MST or equivalent overlap).Data-driven decision-maker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Passionate about helping small businesses grow through effective marketing.Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):Oversee fulfillment of all marketing activities, including SEO, PPC, analytics, and CRO.Manage the workflow of client projects through ClickUp to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.Supervise and mentor the Marketing Assistant and Web Developer.Implement and maintain tracking and reporting systems (GTM, GA4, Looker Studio).Analyze campaign data and optimize for higher ROI and client satisfaction.Oversee website and landing page performance, including SEO health and conversion optimization.Manage call tracking setup and reporting.Collaborate with the operations team to refine internal SOPs for efficiency and scalability.Ensure clear communication across all departments and with clients when necessary.Maintain a deep focus on client retention through exceptional marketing resultsGrowth Opportunities/Perks:Opportunity to grow into a Head of Marketing role.Work directly with a 20-year digital marketing veteran with Fortune 500 experience.Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO).High degree of autonomy and leadership ownership.Be part of a small, high-performing, and collaborative remote team.Gain experience working with advanced marketing systems and industry-leading tools.This Position Is Perfect For You If…You’re results-obsessed.You live and breathe data.
