Now, we’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who’s proactive, strategic, and hands-on, someone who can think big but also execute brilliantly. 🔧 Your Mission As our new Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the core of our global marketing strategy, combining creativity, analytics, and execution to drive both B2C and B2B growth. Clinic (B2C) Focus- direct.com Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms Create and manage mock-ups, digital ads, and Google Ads campaigns Maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and partners Publish client testimonials and reviews across platforms Oversee and grow our social media presence with data-driven strategies B2B (Global Distribution & Licensing): Design and execute strategic campaigns for professional and corporate audiences Create and manage LinkedIn content and thought-leadership initiatives Oversee website updates, SEO, and digital content optimisation Ensure all marketing materials are up-to-date, on-brand, and localized for global markets Support development of pitch decks and presentations for international partners Strategy, Leadership & Execution: Develop and own the global marketing strategy in collaboration with senior leadership Combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution from ideation to delivery Analyse performance metrics to optimise campaigns and maximise ROI Bring a tech-savvy, data-driven mindset to marketing operations and automation Manage timelines, budgets, and cross-department collaboration with strong organisational skills Who You Are Proactive and self-driven: You don’t wait to be told, you make things happen Strategic yet practical: You can build the vision and execute the plan Technically fluent: Confident using marketing tools, analytics platforms, and ad management systems Creative and analytical: You know how to balance intuition with insights Organised and methodical: You can handle multiple projects without dropping the ball Experienced: 7+ years in marketing, ideally in global, wellness, or tech-driven industries Leadership-ready: Able to mentor others and help grow an in-house marketing function Collaborative: You work seamlessly with agencies, founders, and cross-functional teams Why NADclinic Group? Because we don’t do average. Our therapies change lives.
