Read more and apply today!Your new roleAs the Senior Marketing Manager, Cardiometabolic, you will own the strategic direction and business performance of our cardiometabolic brands, ensuring that patient journeys and stakeholder needs are central to planning and execution. You will coordinate a cross‑functional matrix team to translate long‑term strategy into local brand plans that drive sustainable growth, strong market leadership and improved patient activation, diagnosis and adherence. You will also influence portfolio decisions and cross‑functional governance to secure alignment and maximise patient impact.Some of your responsibilities will be:Develop and execute the long‑term strategy and local brand plans, including segmentation, positioning, market modelling and prioritization frameworks.Own P&L performance and coordinate demand forecasting, supply planning and resource allocation with Finance and Supply Chain.Lead omnichannel marketing execution and stakeholder engagement to strengthen market leadership and drive treatment adoption.Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, medical societies and healthcare decision‑makers, partnering with Medical, Market Access and Compliance.Lead, coach and develop product managers and coordinators while serving as the liaison with Regional and International Markets for the affiliate.Please note: this advert covers two complementary roles within the Cardiometabolic franchise. Depending on your background, you’ll take ownership of either Injectables, where you’ll use creative, bold commercial approaches to win market share in competitive environments—or Orals/private and public‑segments responsibilities—where you’ll build capability, structure ways of working and deepen relationships with government institutions.Expect c.30% travel and a role that balances sharp financial planning with agile, high‑impact execution.Your Skills And QualificationsWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with the following qualifications:University degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing or a related field (advanced Marketing/Business qualification is a plus).Proven experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or consumer health sector, including strategic brand leadership, launch planning, lifecycle management and working in the public segment.Track record of P&L ownership, forecasting and demand planning, with strong financial and analytical skills to evaluate ROI and omnichannel effectiveness.Experience managing and developing teams, excellent communication and storytelling abilities, and proven project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.Fluent/advanced English and demonstrated competencies: patient focus, strategic drive, innovation, stakeholder collaboration, flexibility and empathetic leadership.Your new departmentAs part of International Operations, you will join our largest operational unit.
