With a presence in over 70 countries, Transsion operates multiple manufacturing centers and has established global partnerships with top companies, delivering innovative, localized, and customer-centric solutions.Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior PR Specialist to lead brand communications and public relations strategy for the Turkish market. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, managing media relations, overseeing local content adaptation, and executing high-impact PR initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Communications & PR StrategyDevelop and execute annual brand communication and PR plans for the Turkish market.Strengthen brand visibility and reputation through localized communication strategies.Monitor public sentiment, identify potential risks, and manage PR crisis responses.Media Relations ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with mainstream Turkish media, industry outlets, opinion leaders, and KOL/KOCs.Plan and organize press conferences, media interviews, collaborative content, and other PR engagements.Market Events & PartnershipsPlan and execute local market events aligned with the company’s marketing strategy, including product launches, cross-industry collaborations, forums, and exhibitions.Develop and manage PR and business relationships with government institutions, associations, and strategic partners.Content Localization & Communication ManagementOversee localization of brand content into Turkish, including press releases, social media posts, promotional materials, and other communication assets.Ensure all external communication aligns with brand positioning and fits local cultural standards.Data Analysis & Performance EvaluationDeliver regular reports on PR performance, media exposure, and communication effectiveness.Optimize PR and media placement strategies to improve brand visibility and ROI.QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related fields.Experience3–5+ years of experience in Public Relations or marketing communications.Experience in international brands, internet, tourism, luxury, FMCG, or technology industries is a strong advantage.Solid understanding of the Turkish media landscape and industry resources.Language SkillsProficient in Turkish and English; English must be usable as a working language.
