About UsThe ISLE Academy (Innovation, Simulation, Learning, Ecosystem – isleacademy.com) is an innovative training and education ecosystem designed exclusively for healthcare professionals in the rapidly evolving field of medical technology.With training centers in Athens and Bucharest, and mobile training activities in Bulgaria, Hungary, Croatia & Cyprus, ISLE Academy aims to create a unique and agile ecosystem for continuous professional education in cutting-edge medical technologies — accelerating learning curves and enhancing the overall quality of healthcare.As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:Promoting ISLE Academy’s educational products and services to diverse audiences through innovative digital marketing, content, and event initiatives that enhance brand visibility and impact.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and support the execution of a dynamic, results-driven marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives.Define and position educational products and services, ensuring clear value propositions that support ISLE Academy’s growth and mission.Manage the marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources and cost-effective campaign execution.Design, implement, and continuously refine brand awareness and positioning campaigns to strengthen market presence.Conduct market research and analysis to provide valuable insights for business intelligence and strategic decision-making.Plan and execute digital and traditional marketing initiatives, track performance metrics (ROI), and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.Organize and participate in PR activities and events that align with the business development strategy to enhance brand credibility.Create and manage compelling marketing content across all channels, including the website, social media, printed materials, case studies, videos, trade shows, and press releases.Develop innovative marketing tools to effectively promote ISLE Academy’s products and services.Design and implement performance marketing strategies, leveraging both traditional and digital channels while continuously refining audience targeting, creative elements, and engagement tactics.Requirements for the RoleBachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.5+ years of experience in marketing roles within the healthcare sector.Proven track record in new product launches with strong hands-on marketing execution.Demonstrated success in developing and managing integrated marketing campaigns that drive business growth.Experience in digital marketing, including online campaigns and content creation.Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.Advanced computer proficiency, including MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and tools such as Adobe Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and Mac systems.Excellent communication and public relations skills, particularly within the healthcare environment.Strategic and consultative mindset with strong concept-selling skills.Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
