QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTIONWould you like to enjoy being a part of a great team that leads the way to the world’s firsts in technology as the Champion of Software Export in Turkey and be a member of Ekin Leader in Smart City Innovations?QualificationsGraduated from Mechanical Engineering or related departments of universities,At least 5 years of experience in mechanical design,Proficient in Solidworks software (Catia and Siemens Nx are also acceptable skills),Proficient in PDM/PLM softwaresHaving knowledge of product life cycle and change managementExperienced in the design and manufacturing methods of plastic injection process, plastic injection tools, and sheet metal forming,Familiar with metrology inspections methods, geometric dimensioning/tolerances and RPS points,Having experience of exterior electronic enclosure design,Advanced level of English,Strong time management and coordination skills,Be a participant of project and FMEA team,Effective communication skills, team player, and responsible,Advanced analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and solution-oriented,Able to travel.Job DescriptionPerforming 3d mechanical design and preparing 2d drawings in accordance with DFM/DFA.Creating product BOMs and requesting entegration to ERP.Coordinating tasks in line with the project gantt plan prepared during the preliminary design stage and being involved in every stage from design to product assembly.Tracking project gantt chart and organizing supplier’s deadlines before validation.Detailed examination of project-based specifications, designing products in compliance with relevant conditions.Preparing design verification test plans according to design inputs,Participating design verification tests,Leading design processes according to national/international standards, potential customer expectations, and production methods in new product development and commissioning processes.Ensuring necessary coordination and communication with suppliers providing design and manufacturing services.Providing support to the production department for continous improvement and efficiency-increasing activities in mechanical production processes.Conducting necessary improvement activities to reduce technical complexity and align with lean concepts.You can find detailed information on rights arising from the processing of your personal data under Law on the Protection of Personal Data numbered 6698 from Privacy Policy through the following link.https://www.ekin.com/legal
