Summary This position is work for RD department, responsible for the Needless Syringe’s Mechanical Design. This role must be familiar with the quality standards of medical devices, have more than 5 years of mechanical design experience, and be able to independently and proficiently use SolidWorks for designResponsibilities:1. To work on new product development (product concept design and able to design product, prototype making, design verification)2. Analysis of potential patent infringement during design phase.3. To participate in design transfer and manufacturing for launching the products.4. To coordinate with other engineers and make sure the design can be well realized during production.5. To coordinate technical discussion with third-party suppliers, and to assist with supply chain selection and production process development.6. To work cross-functionally to ensure product design meets the requirements for manufacturing, cost and regulation.Job Requirements1. University degree (bachelor) in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience2. 3-5 years working experience in mechanical design and innovation3. Familiar with patent check and analysis4. Excellence experience with 3D modeling and 2D drawing using SolidWorks 6. Knowledge of FEM and potentially Moldflow7. Knowledge and ability to manage Solidworks PDM for data and drawing management8. Good experience with product design using plastic9. Good knowledge of assembly process and injection molding10. Good knowledge of tolerance chain analysis and mechanical simulation11.
