该职位来源于猎聘 Job DescriptionResponsible from project execution (with US PE) to qualification (with QA), project transfer and production success (with MPE) (TG2 to TG6): Single contact window to Denver PE; Support US PE in NPI/API time line development; Identify risks with preventive plan to actionProactive leader of design for manufacturing / automation, to meet both UPLH & sustainability goalsDemonstrate cost efficiencyLead studies of issues during product launch process and work out DOEs, issue resolutions and lesson learnedOthers jobs from the higher management Requirements: 1．College degree or above, majored in Engineering, manufacturing or related; 2．More than 5 years working experience in project management on new product introduction / launch, with the experience in mechanical design, tooling design, plastic injection process design, automation design will be a plus;3．Good communication and presentation skills, strong trouble shooting capabilities; 4．Fluent in written and verbal English and Mandarin is a must; 5．Good team player, desire to learn and independent and able to work under pressure; 6．Must be familiar with MS office Excel, PowerPoint, Visio…etc 高级项目工程师 岗位职责： 1.负责从项目执行（with US PE）到质量认证（with QA），再到项目移交及生产成功（with MPE）（TG2 to TG6）：作为与丹佛项目工程师的对接窗口；支持美国项目工程师制定NPI/API的时间表；识别风险并制定预防措施及行动计划； 2.作为设计与制造/自动化方面的积极驱动者，以满足UPLH和可持续发展目； 3.展现成本效益； 4.领导产品发布过程中问题的研究工作，并制定实验设计（DOE）、问题解决方案及总结经验教训； 5.完成上级管理层分配的其他任务。 任职资格： 1.工程、制造或相关专业本科及以上学历； 2.拥有5年以上新产品导入项目管理的工作经验，具备机械设计、工装设计、塑料注塑工艺设计、自动化设计经验者优先； 3.具备良好的沟通和演讲能力，强大的故障排除能力； 4.必须精通英语和普通话的书面及口头表达能力； 5.良好的团队合作精神，有强烈的学习欲望，能够独立工作并承受工作压力； 6.必须熟悉Microsoft Office中的Excel、PowerPoint、Visio等软件。
