This role is ideal for someone who knows how to operate in real performance environments, understands the nuances of insurance acquisition, and can scale campaigns with confidence.What You Will OwnEnd to end campaign management on Meta and NewsBreakScaling U.S. insurance funnels including Auto, Home, Health and MedicareAudience development, creative testing and landing page iterationBudget management at scale (daily and monthly)Data driven optimization toward CPL, CPA and ROAS goalsBuilding and running structured testing frameworksClose collaboration with analytics and creative teams to improve performanceWhat We Are Looking ForProven experience running paid traffic in the U.S. insurance marketExpert level skills in Meta Ads including structure, creative strategy and scalingStrong experience with NewsBreak including headlines, angles, prelanders and complianceAbility to manage and scale significant budgets with strict KPIsAnalytical mindset with the ability to diagnose issues and identify opportunities quicklyCuriosity, ownership and independent drive.
