Media Buyer – Meta & Google Ads (Lead Generation for Service-Based Clients)Full-Time | Remote | EST HoursWe are a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Miami, FL, specializing in lead generation for service-based businesses (dental, medspa, real estate). We’re looking for a Media Buyer who is both analytical and creative, capable of running high-performing ad campaigns that not only deliver leads — but convert them into booked appointments through GoHighLevel (GHL) automation.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & ExecutionPlan, launch, and optimize lead generation campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads) and Google Ads for multiple clients.Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize performance.Continuously test ad copy, targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies to achieve the lowest possible cost per lead (CPL).Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using dashboards and KPIs.Creative & Offer DevelopmentCollaborate with the creative team to develop scroll-stopping ad creatives (video, graphics, copy).Help brainstorm and test new offers, angles, and hooks that improve conversion rates.Provide creative direction to ensure ads match brand tone and client goals.Landing Page OptimizationDesign and test high-converting landing pages (in GoHighLevel ).Perform A/B testing on headlines, CTAs, and layouts to maximize form submissions.Ensure tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion events are properly set up.Automation & Lead Flow ManagementIntegrate campaigns with GoHighLevel (GHL) to ensure leads are automatically captured and routed to the right pipelines.Set up automations, SMS/email follow-ups, and booking workflows to convert leads into scheduled appointments.Troubleshoot and optimize lead delivery and follow-up sequences for maximum booking rates.Performance Monitoring & ReportingMonitor campaigns daily to ensure performance goals are being met.Deliver weekly reports highlighting performance, learnings, and next steps.Identify opportunities to scale ad spend profitably while maintaining lead quality.Requirements4+ years of experience running Meta and Google Ads (preferably for service-based clients).Proven record of achieving high-volume, low-CPL lead generation campaigns.Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) Strong understanding of ad analytics, tracking, and funnel optimization.Ability to work creatively with the design team and think strategically about offers.Familiarity with A/B testing, pixel setup, and conversion tracking.Excellent communication and organization skills.
