Waffarha's mission is to Transform the shopping experience by offering unparalleled deals and savings by Championing the spirit of wise spending in Egypt & MENA.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and execute the end-to-end strategy for campaigns to support reach targets & channel performance-based goals.Maintain campaign performance reporting, highlighting successes, failures, trends, and opportunities.Collaborate with other growth and product functions to design, implement and analyze tests across all channels.Analyze the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns across online channels.Lead and own weekly budgeting and cost reporting for all performance and paid channels.Identify new opportunities for Waffarha growth constantly.Manage a significant marketing budget, optimizing for Group profitability through channel testing, marketing mix expansion, tactical adjustments, and strategic initiatives.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.Strong project management skills with attention to detail.Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset.Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Basic understanding of business financials, ROI, and profitability concepts and experience in data visualization tools (data studio, etc.)Solid problem-solving and critical thinking skills paired with strong analytical capabilities.Qualifications5+ years of Experience as a Performance Media Buyer.BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.Analytical Skills, Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to continuously optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.Proficiency in major platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Apple ads, TikTok and other relevant channels.Experience in designing and implementing A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements for better performance.Familiarity with setting up and managing Retention campaigns.In-depth knowledge of the Gulf market's digital landscape, including popular platforms, publishers, and media channels.Understanding of mobile-specific marketing tactics, including app advertising, mobile-optimizedad formats, and responsive design principles for landing pages.Expert in MMPs and CRM tools with 2+ years of experience in app development and user acquisitionProficient in integrating platforms and tech implementations, including pixels, SDKs.
