PositionPosition OverviewAccelerate brand desirability and impacts on business and communicationsConsolidate the solid leadership in ‘Paid’ and ‘Owned Digital’ media segments to create seamless customer journeys and to make strong ‘One Voice’ at brand levelIdentify and seek for new opportunities and ideas for success and growthElevate leadership of strong teamwork as One Team and people developmentJob responsibilitiesPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions**): Paid Media Management (60%)Support Communication Director in designing the strategy and media plan based on global media guideline, business goals, marketing plan and brand visionManagement of Media Budgets: Manage media budgets based on the sales trend, business priority and marketing calendar and communicate with internal and outside stakeholders (inc. central & regional teams and media agencies) in a timely mannerDevelop a brief of media campaign and convince the central team of our intention and rationale with the dataInitiative new practice and beta testing to be the first and seek for new opportunityMaintain the good relation and partnership with media agencies and partners through close communication and regular meetingsAnalyze ROI and results in a strategic approach and report it to internal, central & region teams on a regular basis Owned Digital Media Management (15%)Define KPIs and goals to consolidate a leadership and continue with digital excellenceDevelop a local initiative for surprise and excitement and execute it to make an impactAnalyze results and KPIs and share it with internal, central and region teams Team Management (25%)Define priorities and mission of Paid & Owned Digital Team aligning with Communication DirectorGive clear direction and guidelines to team members of paid and owned digital mediaMake a strong team based on trust and close communicationSupport team members to incubate a competency and potentialProfileQualifications & Skills & RequiredOver 12+ years of paid digital media & communication related experienceStrategic planning & execution, analytic skillExcellent in communication (both Korean and English)Good interpersonal skill and leadershipUnderstanding or experience in cosmetic or luxury market is preferredStrong teamwork and entrepreneurial spiritAdditional informationAt Parfums Christian Dior,the excellence of our House is based on the alliance between our heritage and our forward-looking values.We are convinced that diversity, within an inclusive and fulfilling work environment, enriches our teams.We encourage diversity in all its forms in our recruitment and respect the individuality of each candidate.
