Levent.Job Description:Providing technical support and service to users upon request.Ensuring that device malfunctions are resolved on-site or by phone calls. When necessary, the faulty device is brought to service and repaired.Diagnosing faults in devices submitted to technical service, securing support from abroad when necessary, and ensuring that faults are resolved.Tracking the incoming and outgoing stock of products entering technical service.Participating in manufacturer training on products.Providing training to relevant personnel within the company following manufacturer training.Monitoring productivity by creating weekly work plans and daily reporting.Required Specifications:Graduates from relevant university prefably engineering departmentsAt least 10 years of experience in medical device technical service field and planningAbility to act quickly, meticulously, and solution-orientedStrong coordination and communication skillsVery good command of EnglishPreferably living within easy reach of KağıthaneExperience in CRM and MS Office programs/reporting
