Senior MERN Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with a solid understanding of REST APIs, cloud deployment, and modern development workflows.You will be responsible for leading end-to-end development, optimizing performance, writing clean and maintainable code, integrating APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.✅ Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node).Build reusable components, REST APIs, and backend services with optimal performance and security.Implement state management (Redux / Context API) and integrate third-party APIs.Optimize databases, improve query performance, and ensure data security.Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, Azure, Vercel, or Heroku).Write clean, scalable, well-documented code and enforce best coding practices.Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality features on time.Perform code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and bug fixes.Lead junior developers and contribute to architecture decisions.Stay updated with modern JavaScript, backend, and DevOps technologies.✅ Required SkillsStrong expertise in MERN Stack: ✅ MongoDB ✅ Express.js ✅ React.js (Hooks, Redux, REST APIs, UI libraries) ✅ Node.jsHands-on experience with RESTful APIs, JWT authentication, role-based accessExperience with Git / GitHub / BitbucketStrong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript (optional)Experience with server-side rendering or Next.js is a plusGood understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, microservices (bonus)Familiarity with Agile / Scrum workflows✅ Nice to HaveExperience with WebSockets / Socket.ioExperience in payment gateway integrationUnderstanding of unit testing & automation (Jest/Mocha)Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and DevOps tools
