We value openness, modesty, hard work, and simple yet great solutions.We are looking for experienced Senior Mobile Engineer to be the newest members of our mobile team. As our Mobile Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of high-quality Mobile applications. You will build scalable Android apps using modern technologies like Kotlin and Compose, experiment with cross-platform solutions, and help define the architecture that powers features used by thousands of users every day.Your day to day will include:Creating scalable, high-performance, and visually appealing Android applicationsWorking closely with Project managers, Testers and DesignersCollaborating with the development team to design and implement efficient, maintainable codeWriting code that adheres to the highest industry standardsStaying up to date with the latest tools and adopting them as early as possibleContributing within a dynamic team environment and working on innovative, cutting-edge projectsBringing an architectural perspective to the planning and design processWorking closely with Tech Leads and Architects to ensure alignment with technical vision and standardsParticipating in code reviews to maintain quality and promote knowledge sharingWhat makes you thrive here:Over 5 years of experience in Android application development with KotlinProficient in using Compose to build complex user interfacesHands-on experience with MVVM architecture and widely used Android development librariesAbility to apply the reactive programming paradigm, preferably using Kotlin FlowsOpenness to learning cross-platform development tools (e.g., Compose Multiplatform, Flutter) is essential; experience with them or iOS is considered a strong advantageStrong willingness to step into a Tech Lead role within the next 6-12 monthsPassionate about writing clean, maintainable, and well-structured codeHands-on experience with, or willingness to adopt, AI tools as part of the development workflowCurious and motivated to stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practicesAt least intermediate English proficiency, as we collaborate in an international environmentWhy join Supercharge?To unleash your full potential, we’re here to help you grow every step of the way with exciting international projects, access to inspiring conferences, in-house soft skill trainings, and online courses.
