Senior Multi Destination Manager for Australia/New Zealand/ Canada

We are urgently seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Multi Destination Manager - Australia / New Zealand/ Canada and Europe to join our team st GECC , bagbazar - Kathmandu. The senior counselor will be responsible for providing admissions counseling, shortlisting Universities and courses. Processing applications , offering schoolership guidenence, assisting with student visa , and organizing pre-departure orientations. Responsibilities: * Conduct individual counseling sessions with students to assess their academic strengths, interest, and aspirations. * Research and recommend Universities and programs that best suit each student's profile and goals. * Guide students through the application process, including competing application forms, writing personal statements , and preparing for interviews. * Assist students with schoolership and financial aid applications. *Organize informations sessions and presentations to raise awareness about study abroad opportunities in Australia/ New Zealand and other destinations as required.* Maintain strong relationships with universities and educational institutions in Australia/ New Zealand. * Stay up-to - date on the latest trends and development in international education. * Track student progress and measure the success of the counseling program. Qualifications: Master degree or Bachelor Degree in Education, Counseling, or any related field. * Minimum 2-3 years of experience working as an education counselor, with a proven track record of success * In-depth knowledge of educational systems of Australia. * Strong understanding of admission requirements, schoolership opportunities, and visa process for these countries * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentations skills. * Ability to build rapport with students and parents from diverse backgrounds * Outstanding organizational and time management skills. * Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in Nepal ( a plus) Visa Help and Compliance: *Visa Guidance: Explain the Australian student visa ( Subclass 500) requirements clearly and simply, including the "Genuine student" (GS) Criteria and financial proof.
