If this sounds like the place for you – come join our team!Senior Multidisciplinary Brand & Marketing DesignerLocation: Dublin, Ireland (Remote)Team: Brand & Marketing Design — Internal Creative StudioReports To: Head of Brand & CreativeAbout The RoleWe’re looking for a strategically-minded, concept-driven Senior Brand & Marketing Designer to join our internal brand and creative studio. You’ll partner closely with marketing, content, growth, and product marketing teams to bring our brand to life across every touchpoint — from integrated campaigns and product launches to events, sales enablement, and social.You’ll be instrumental in evolving and scaling our brand expression system, ensuring consistency across channels while pushing creative boundaries to differentiate in a fast-moving fintech landscape. This role joins a team of 4 others creatives as we build out our internal agency model.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you’ll:Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to concept, design, and deliver a wide variety of brand and marketing assets including:Campaign creative (ads, banners, paid social, landing pages)Product storytelling materials (one-pagers, explainer graphics, decks)Thought leadership content (e-books, reports, blog illustrations)Event and field marketing assets (booth design, signage, swag)Own the visual development of integrated marketing campaigns from brief to launch in partnership with copywriters and channel leadsContribute to and evolve the visual identity system, building scalable systems, templates, and libraries to ensure consistencyTranslate complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals that are brand-aligned and performance-mindedSupport brand/product rollouts and redesign efforts, from research and testing to final asset productionProvide creative direction and mentorship to freelancers, agencies, or junior team members as neededWhat You Bring5–8 years of experience in brand design, marketing design, or art direction — ideally in a fast-moving tech or B2B environmentA strong portfolio that demonstrates breadth across brand campaigns, marketing collateral, and visual systemsProficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other modern design toolsStrong conceptual thinking paired with sharp execution skills and high attention to detailExperience working within and evolving brand guidelinesComfort working across multiple formats and mediums (print, digital, motion a plus)A bias toward collaboration, agility, and iteration — you’re energized by feedback and fast-moving prioritiesBonus: Experience with Webflow, Notion, or creative tooling is a plusBenefits & Perks For FTE ProversCompetitive salaries & Bonus Plan (for eligible roles) and Equity PlanModern Health for financial, mental, and physical wellness401(k) Retirement Plan & Match (US Offices) and Local Country Pension (International Offices)Unlimited Vacation and Flexible hoursComprehensive medical benefits for you and your family ❤️Emotional & Physical Wellness – Access to wellness services (EAP & Prove Well-Being Reimbursement)Bottomless snacks & beverages for certain office locationsDaily GrubHub stipend for lunch if coming into the office (US Offices)A great place to work and connect with other talented Provers like yourself!Don’t meet every single requirement?
