If you're passionate about design, website optimization, and improving user experience—and you know how to turn data and briefs into impactful output—this is the perfect opportunity to showcase your talent.Multimedia DesignCollaborate with the marketing, SEO, and content teams to conceptualize and design visuals that align with brand goals and strategiesProduce engaging content for digital campaigns, websites, and social media channelsRefine and revise content based on feedbackEnsure brand consistency across all digital and print assetsManage and organize digital asset libraries for efficient access and reuseManage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising qualityStay updated on design trends, multimedia technologies, and creative best practicesCreate multimedia assets, including:Digital graphics and illustrationsAnimations and short- or long-form videos/reelsBanners and branding elementsInteractive website elementsPrint-ready materials (brochures, posters, flyers, etc.)Social media content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platformsFacebook and display ads for campaignsEmail marketing creatives (headers, banners, templates)Short- and long-form eBooks or PDFsWebsite Design:Build, update, and optimize website pages for a seamless user experienceEnsure responsive, user-centric design across all devicesCollaborate with the team to improve UI/UX based on analytics and user behaviour insightsCreate visual and interactive elements aligned with customer journeys and conversion goalsQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphics Design, Marketing, or any related field.Proven experience of 5 or more years as a Multimedia & Website Designer or in a similar creative role.Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, branding, and visual communication.Skills in video editing and basic animation.Skills in social media management and website design are a PLUS.Experience designing for both digital and print platforms (e.g., social media, websites, brochures, posters, advertising campaigns).Ability to translate project briefs into compelling multimedia designs.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.A creative mindset with attention to detail and a portfolio that showcases your best multimedia work.Proficiency in website design and multimedia software or any tools related, including:Multimedia Design:Adobe PhotoshopAdobe IllustratorAdobe After EffectsAdobe Premiere ProCanva (optional)Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)Website Design:FigmaWordPress (basic knowledge only — enough to understand site structure and make informed design decisions with the web developer)Ability to interpret website data from Google Analytics (provided by the SEO team) and Lucky Orange for website performance monitoring and auditsEquipment and Tools SpecificationsA reliable computer or laptop of your own that can run design and editing software smoothly:Minimum 8GB RAM (16GB preferred)Dedicated graphics card (NVIDIA/AMD) preferredAt least Intel i5 / Ryzen 5 processor or higherStable high-speed internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps).
