With nearly 700 employees, exports to 74 countries across four continents, and a strong presence in all retail channels, KOSKA is Turkey’s leading halva producer and continues to grow with the vision of becoming a global brand.Job DescriptionResponsible for managing Migros, Carrefour, Discounter (BIM, A101, Şok), E-commerce, C&C (Metro, Bizim Toptan), and File customers.Conduct annual negotiations and periodic agreements with assigned customer groups.Develop and execute business plans aligned with sales and marketing targets.Ensure sales objectives are achieved within allocated budgets.Plan, execute, and report periodic sales activities to ensure efficiency and performance.Conduct market, customer, and shelf analyses to identify growth opportunities and lead new launch & activation plans.Manage order, shipment, and customer stock tracking processes efficiently.Monitor customer payments and receivables.Track market trends, category performance, and competitor activities.Collaborate closely with trade marketing, finance, and supply chain teams.Lead customer Joint Business Plan (JBP) meetings.Drive customer satisfaction through proactive and solution-oriented approaches.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in Modern Trade / National Key Accounts Sales Management within the FMCG sector.Bachelor’s degree from a related faculty.Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Analytical thinker with a result-oriented mindset.Strong reporting and planning skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus.Good command of English (written and spoken).Valid driver’s license and active driving ability.
