Job Opportunity: Senior .NET Developer (C#)Location: Cracow - hybrid model (2 days per week from the office)Type of contract: B2BEnglish: B2+Role OverviewWe’re looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join an international engineering team building a modern trading and pricing platform for structured financial products.The role focuses on backend development in C#, designing and maintaining scalable, high-performance services used by global business teams.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys creating reliable systems from the ground up and modernizing existing internal tools into stable, cloud-ready solutions.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain backend services and APIs using C# / .NET.Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis and design to deployment and production support.Modernize and migrate existing internal applications (e.g., Excel/VBA tools) into .NET-based systems.Work with relational and NoSQL databases to store, retrieve, and manage data efficiently.Ensure code quality through testing, automation, and continuous integration.Collaborate with global engineering and business teams to align technical solutions with functional requirements.Take ownership of the backend architecture, focusing on performance, scalability, and reliability.RequirementsStrong, hands-on experience in C# development and solid understanding of object-oriented programming.Familiarity with modern engineering practices - including unit testing, CI/CD, and DevOps principles.Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL databases (MongoDB).Understanding of event-driven architecture and/or RESTful API design.Strong sense of ownership, analytical mindset, and ability to work in a distributed global environment.Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).Nice to haveFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud (GCP) or Azure.Experience in financial systems, risk management tools, or trading applications.What we offer:B2B contract.Private medical care, life insurance, and access to Multisport card.Stable, long-term projects with full-time employment.If you’re a C# developer looking to work on technically challenging projects with global impact and a modern tech stack, do not hesitate to apply!
