You'll work in a high-performance, low-latency environment, leveraging your expertise in multi-threading, asynchronous programming, and modern software architecture to build scalable, resilient systems.Key Responsibilities -System Design & Development:Architect and develop real-time, domain-driven microservices using .NET Core for scalability and modularity.Apply multi-threading and asynchronous programming techniques to support high-concurrency workloads.Implement event-driven architectures with messaging tools (Kafka, AWS SQS, RabbitMQ).Performance & Optimization:Optimize applications for low latency and high throughput in trading environments.Ensure thread safety, resolve resource contention, and enhance parallelism.Design fault-tolerant systems for large-scale data streams and real-time events.Architectural Contributions:Drive adoption of advanced design patterns, including Clean Architecture, Vertical Slice Architecture, and CQRS.Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.Ensure robustness, scalability, and maintainability across all systems.Agile Collaboration:Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).Work with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to refine requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.Code Quality & Testing:Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using TDD methodologies.Perform code reviews to uphold best practices and architectural integrity.Build and maintain robust unit, integration, and performance tests.Monitoring & Observability:Enhance observability using OpenTelemetry for distributed tracing and metrics.Collaborate with DevOps to build monitoring dashboards with Prometheus, Grafana, and Kibana.Ensure real-time insight into performance and reliability metrics.Your Profile -Required Expertise:7+ years of software development experience, with deep focus on .NET Core & C#.Advanced knowledge of multi-threaded programming and concurrency in distributed systems.Proven experience in domain-driven microservices and modern architectural patterns.Strong understanding of event-driven systems and messaging platforms (Kafka, AWS SQS, RabbitMQ).Hands-on with observability and monitoring tools (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic/Kibana).Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.Solid knowledge of Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Beneficial Skills:Experience in Saga patterns for distributed transactions.Background in trading/financial systems with low-latency requirements.Advanced database optimization (SQL Server).Qualifications:Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.Relevant certifications in system architecture, .NET, or AWS are a plus.What is on offer - Experience rewards because you matter!Salary Range - EUR 65,000 - 80,000 gross/year (depending on level of experience)Career Growth -ongoing learning and clear advancement opportunities.Work Life Balance - 22 days of annual leave.Wellness & Healthcare - 12 paid sick days + full medical insurance after 6 months.Future Security - Provident fund access after 6 months.Snack Hub - Fresh fruit, snacks, and beverages available daily.Lunch on the company - Daily buffet lunch with your team.Paid Overtime - Extra effort recognized and rewarded.Learning & Development - Dedicated budget for your upskilling.Team Spirit - Regular events and team-building activities.Fitness & Recreation - Gym access, sports, and spa treatments.Unwind Fridays - Close the week with a relaxed team drink.Working Schedule -Hybrid (3 days form the office and 2 days remote) - Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00If you are interested in this job opportunity and meet the above requirements APPLY at the link below.
