This role will provide both project-based and operational support, ensuring stability of the current environment while enabling future initiatives.ResponsibilitiesConfigure and manage network routing protocols and servicesAct as an ICE (Interactive Connectivity Establishment) subject matter expertSupport circuit turn-ups and provide hypercare during transitionsPerform rack stacking, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and phone system support onsiteProvide live debugging and remote screen-sharing assistance when hybrid/remotePartner with internal teams to support day-to-day operations and ongoing projectsQualifications:Senior-level Network Engineering experienceClient will focus on these skills: Jira Provisioning, Cisco ISE and Implementation Architecture, Networking Fundamentals and day to day networking.Skilled in circuit turn-up, rack stacking, and troubleshootingComfortable in both onsite and hybrid support modelsPreferred: CCNP certification.
