We started off as a dedicated service provider in computer supporting systems and over the years, we have progressed to also develop programs that empower clients in maintaining their IT Infrastructure.As a reliable security solutions provider, we have expand & retain talent which highly experienced certified engineers, sales and project team, the organization keeps itself committed to meeting its customer needs.The company has also built strategic relationship with renowned organizations such as Cisco and many more, thus providing clients with greater reach and forming the basis for rewarding global partnerships.Lately in 2021, Bridgenet have been acquired by Celcom Axiata Berhad and become part of the CDB Group to become the largest ICT solutions and services provider in Malaysia by speeding up digital transformations and modernizing our customers’ ICT infrastructures by prioritizing cybersecurity.Job Description:Stay on Top of Technological Trends and Development.Serve as the team’s technical subject matter expert and technical escalation resource.Responsible for overseeing regional operations and managing day-to-day support activities.Perform Software / Firmware Installation of Upgrades and Patches if situation demands.Produce RCA, Incident / Problem Resolution Report(s) if situation demands.Attends to high severity incidents on and off-site.Provides scope of work and man-days to pre-sales & sales teams (if required)Reviews and highlights project deployment risks.Define and manage resource plan together with the Project Manager aligning to the project schedule.Plan and drive the project’s technical execution to achieve the committed scope and timeline.Write, compile, and maintain project documentations.To produce project documentation including LLD, As-built Docs etc.Cooperating and communicating with Project Manager & Solution Specialist.Act as Project Lead, and ability and delegates lower complexity tasks to L2 engineers.Train and mentor junior team members in serving customer across the region.Follows documented processes, procedures, and policies.Updates incident tickets in a timely manner in Service Desk MSP Ticketing System to meet contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Next day standby (onsite / remote) after implementation activity.To provide knowledge transfer session / administrator training for projects.Perform any other job-related duties incidental to the work.Job requirement:Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.Must be willing to be based in the Johor area.Preferably someone with atleast 3-5 years of operational & project deployment experience.A background in the Oil & Gas industry is preferably for this role.Proven project implementation experience and strong hands-on expertise in deploying, configuring, and managing network and security solutions.Preferably someone who can work independently with minimal supervision, yet collaborate well with cross-functional teams.Ability to work on complex issues in a fast and dynamic environment.Proven experience and good understanding according to the domain or specialization.Excited to join us?
