And this is why we invest so much energy in helping our employees hone and expand their skills.Working for Linxens means investing in your future.Our growth is creating great opportunities!Here is a description of the role we are opening:Your ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end new product development from initial concept through industrialization, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and quality standardsManage product improvement projects by analyzing performance data and implementing enhancement solutionsConduct design reviews and approve prototypes, verifying product performance meets quality parametersDevelop and optimize manufacturing processes for new products, establishing capable production methodsEvaluate and implement new technologies/materials to enhance product performance and reliabilityCreate and maintain critical technical documentation including FMEAs, Process Management Plans (PMP), and Work InstructionsCoordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure technical requirements and customer approvals are metDevelop and validate testing protocols to simulate real-world product applicationsIdentify and mitigate project risks while ensuring on-time delivery of development milestonesDrive continuous improvement initiatives for both products and development processesYour ProfileYou hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technology field.You have over 6 years of experience as a Process Engineer, ideally within the RFID industry.You possess comprehensive knowledge of RFID products and related technologies.You are fluent in Thai and have basic proficiency in English.You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and enjoy collaborative environments.You have strong communication skills and can effectively convey technical concepts.If you like having an impact on wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!LINXENS is an equal-opportunity employer that strictly prohibits unlawful or unethical discrimination.
