Senior Night Porter

The Heritage also offers guests a number of on site activities such as our Health Club with Leisure Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna and Steam rooms, 5km Walking Track and Cinema.We are currently looking to hire a Senior Night Porter to join our existing Front Office team.Main Responsibilities include:To assist with efficient check in / out of guestsTo run hotel night audits as requiredTo ensure start / end of shift reports are completedTo ensure that a lobby presence is maintained at all timesTo assist guests with any requests they might haveTo ensure building is fully secureTo carry out fire walks in accordance with night operation and guest safety in mindTo control the switchboardTo ensure that all night porter duties are carried out efficientlyCarry out wake up calls when requiredOrganise taxi's / drive hotel vehicle for transporting guestsTo carry out any other reasonable tasks as requested by managementRequirements:Must have previous experience within the hotel environmentMust be fluent in both written and spoken EnglishMust be flexible regarding working hours & Eligible to work night shiftsFull clean driving license is requiredStrong IT skillsThe Heritage 'Core Values'Our Core Values are the essence of what we stand for as a company and it is our vision to instill a people focused culture within the hotel.
