Senior Odoo Developer

Senior Odoo Developer Responsible for developing and maintaining custom modules and integrations for our Odoo ERP system. This role requires a deep understanding of Odoo’s framework, excellent coding skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutionsResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain custom Odoo modules and integrations to meet business requirements.Analyze and understand business processes to provide effective technical solutions.Collaborate with business analysts, consultants, and cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.Customize Odoo to align with business processes and workflows.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Odoo-related issues.Perform code reviews and ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.Optimize and improve existing Odoo applications for performance and scalability.Participate in system upgrades and migrations.Train and mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices.Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.Knowing databases and integration with government entitiesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Odoo Developer.Strong proficiency in Python and Odoo framework, version 11 and above.Excellent understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred), front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus.Experience with Odoo API and integration with third-party systems.Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Note: Only shortlisted candidate will be contacted.
