Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Odoo Developer to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for clean, efficient development and a deep understanding of Odoo’s technical architecture, this is an excellent opportunity to work on impactful projects from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:• Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules, including both backend and frontend components, based on business needs.• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and functional designs.• Perform Odoo version upgrades, data migrations, and performance optimizations to ensure system efficiency and stability.• Develop and maintain API integrations to connect Odoo with third-party systems and services for seamless data flow.• Troubleshoot and debug technical issues, ensuring the reliability, security, and integrity of the Odoo platform.• Participate in the full lifecycle of Odoo implementation projects, including configuration, customization, and deployment.• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, functional consultants, and quality assurance engineers.• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed modules and processes.• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.Required Skills & QualificationsEducation : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in Odoo development, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.Core Technical Skills:In-depth knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo’s ORM framework.Frontend Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, QWeb, HTML, and CSS. Experience with OWL JS is a plus.Odoo Expertise: Strong understanding of Odoo architecture, module development, and customization techniques.Business Acumen: Good understanding of common business workflows, such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and HR.DevOps & Tools: Familiarity with Linux environments and version control systems, particularly Git.Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a meticulous attention to detail.
